摘要
各高校都希望学生在学习过程中各方面能力都能循序渐进地提高,从而实现人才的培养目标。文章以格里菲斯大学为实例,国外课堂研究理论为依据,解释其如何以形成性评估作为教学手段完成学生的培养目标。旨在与同行探讨在国内商科课堂教学中引进形成性课堂评估的必要性与可行性。
Based on the case study of Griffith University, this paper discusses how the formative assessment is used to achieve the educating goals as teaching tool of business courses. It elaborates the feasibility and necessity of introducing formative assessment to business courses of universities in China.
