摘要
目的 了解南京市栖霞区公共场所从业人员HBV携带情况。方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）法检测，对检测结果进行卡方检验。结果 栖霞区公共场所从业人员健康体检HBsAg阳性率为2．87％，显著的低于全国HBsAg阳性率平均水平（P〈0．01），在HBsAg阳性人群中，男性的HBsAg阳性率均显著高于女性（P〈0．01）；18岁～年龄组的HBsAg阳性率均显著高于其他3个年龄组（P〈0．01）。结论 栖霞区公共场所从业人员整体健康状况较好，对从业人员实行持证上岗，严把卫生监、检工作中质量关，加强对从业人员的卫生知识教育，对青壮年人群尤为重要。
[Objective] To learn the HBV carriage among the staff of the public places in Xixia District of Nanjing. [ Methods] ELISA was applied in the detection and the result was analyzed with chi square test. [ Results] The HBsAg positive rate of the staff was 2.87%, which was significantly lower than that of the national average level （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; the positive rate of HBsAg among males was significantly higher than that among females （ P 〈0.01 ） ; the positive rate of the group aged from 18 to 30 was signifi- cantly higher than that of other groups （ P 〈0.01）. [ Conclusion] The overall health condition of the staff in the public places of Xixia District is relatively fine; it is very important to improve the hygienic surveillance work and hygienic education among young people.
