"看病难、看病贵"等问题的解决是一个不断实践和探索的过程,关键是要充分认识政府责任和市场机制的作用,处理好政府责任和市场机制的关系。
China has developed its initial type of town -level basic heahhcare insurance system in recent years. But inevitably, many unfavorable issues also emerged in the application of this insurance system, such as the difficult and expensive access to medical treatment. It should be a long and effort -consuming way to solve all the emerging problems. Yet, sufficient understanding of the effect and relationship between government responsibility and market- oriented mechanism serves as a key factor.
