摘要
医疗质量成本是建立在医疗伦理基础上的决策过程中或医疗服务决策时所必须考虑的一个重要因素。基于医疗伦理观的医疗信誉成本的正确计量及决策分析是医疗卫生机构提升医疗服务价值的关键所在。
Moral behaviors in the medical service activities have a great influence on me medical service quality among hospitals. Certain expense is needed to be paid in order to promote the medical treatment quality. Medical treatment quality cost is known as the expense paid to maintain or improve medical treatment quality, and it should be considered as an important factor in the process of ethics - based decision - making and medical service decision - making. A correct measurement of medical service cost and its decision - making based on the viewpoint of medical ethics is the key point in promoting the value of medical service from a strategic perspective among medical institutions.
