摘要
研究了热处理对K445高温合金组织及硬度的影响。结果表明,K445合金在保证不出现初溶的情况下,随固溶温度的提高,合金硬度提高;γ′相及晶界上的二次碳化物溶解的越充分,γ+γ′共晶的固溶程度越高,固溶效果越好;时效时间对γ′相的数量、形貌和分布有明显的影响,时效时间不足,γ′相析出量少,而时效时间过长,会引起γ′析出相尺寸过大。
The effects of heat-treatment on microstructures and hardness of K445 superalloy have been studied in this paper. The results show that, if there is no melt, the higher solid-solution temperature, the harder hardness of superalloy K445, which comes from the more dissolution of γ' phase and carbide of grained boundary as well as the (γ+γ') phase eutectic. Otherwise, the aging time has significant effect on the shape of γ' phase, if the aging time is too shorter, there is no enough γ' phase precipitation. However, if the aging time is too longer, the γ' phase aggregates which will deteriorate the property of the K445 alloy.
