摘要
通过对儒家传统道德思想的创造性转换和合理性吸收,论述了图书馆员在处理人际关系过程中应发扬的若干传统道德品质。
The traditional Confucian ethics contains profound philosophical and moral teachings of resources. Based on creative transformation and reasonable absorption of the traditional Confucian ethics, this paper discusses some traditional moral characters of that the librarians should make full use in dealing with the interpersonal relations.
