摘要
针对当前女大学生就业难的现状,从经济学中劳动力"统计性歧视"和"自然附着成本"的角度分析了企业拒绝录用女大学生的原因,提出了营造两性平等劳动力市场的建议。
Faced the difficulties of female undergraduates employment nowadays, the article analyzes the reason why enterprises turn down the female undergraduates according to the labor market's “the statistic discrimination”and“the nat- ural accrete cost”. And some suggestions were given to seek for the equal employment opportunity in labor market.
