摘要 基于橡胶应力应变的关系,可以假设橡胶材料具有各种形式的应变能函数,由橡胶的基础实验数据作参数拟和,选取合适的应变能函数。利用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS,考察了3种类型的橡胶圈的大变形引起的几何非线性和接触非线性。通过建立有限元模型,施加边界条件和载荷等步骤,得出橡胶圈的应力场分布情况,说明有限元分析方法可以适用于研究液压缸的密封性能。 Based on stress-strain relation of rubber, many strain-energy functions could be applied to rubber material. The best fit strain-energy function was chosen from data curve fitting of foundational experiments of rubber. Nonlinear finite element software ABAQUS was used to investigate geometric and contact non-linearity caused by the large deformation of three kinds of rubber seal. Finite element model was built and boundary condition and load was applied to get the results including stress distribution. Feasibility of studying the sealing performance of hydraulic cylinder was improved by using finite element method.
