摘要
建立了某涡扇发动机气动热力学模型和该型发动机综合电子调节器、主燃油泵调节器的实验室工作环境。发动机数学模型运行在计算机上,通过VXI总线技术,将其与控制器和执行机构实物连接,组建了某涡扇发动机燃油综合控制半实物仿真试验系统。对该半实物仿真试验系统进行试验,结果表明:该半实物仿真试验系统能有效地对该型发动机燃油进行静态和动态控制,为开展发动机的全权限数字电子控制(FADEC)系统研究和先进控制理论在发动机控制中的应用研究奠定了试验基础。
Thermodynamics model of some turbofan engine was established. Working condition of Engine Electronic Controller ( EEC ) and main fuel pump regulator in laboratory were set up. The mathematical model of turbofan engine was run in a computer. Through VXI bus technology, semi-physical simulation experiment system of fuel integration control system for turbofan engine was established with engine model, EEC and main fuel pump regulator. The results of simulation experiment show that the semi-physical simulation system can efficiently adjust the supplied fuel of some turbofan engine in the process of static and dynamic state. The semi-physical simulation system provides experiment foundation for study on FADEC and the application of advanced control theory in engine control.
