上海市超限高层建筑工程的若干问题研究 被引量:20

摘要 近年来,上海市超限高层建筑工程大量涌现。这些超限高层建筑在抗震设计方面往往存在问题。首先介绍超限高层建筑工程的定义,并根据定义对上海市124项超限高层建筑工程的超限情况进行汇总分析;然后阐述超限高层建筑结构计算与结果分析的要求;最后对超限高层建筑的设计要点进行研究和总结。 Nowadays, the out-of-c.odes tall buildings, which are becoming more extensive in Shanghai, always have some problems in seismic design. Firstly, this paper introduces the definition of out-of-codes tall buildings. According to the definition, the information of 124 out-of-codes tall buildings in Shanghai is collected and analyzed. Then the requirements of structural analysis for out-of-codes tall buildings are presented. Lastly, the design guidelines for out-of-codes tall buildings are investigated and summarized.
