摘要
介绍了一个基于虚拟仪器的远程故障诊断系统.对其总体构成框架,设计方法,数据采集,多软件集成等进行了详细的论证.实际测试表明,该系统具有实时性好,可靠性高,能在线识别多种故障,易于操作的特点.
A system of remote fault diagnosis based on virtual instrument is introduced. Its structure, design method, data acquisition, multi-software integration are demonstrated. In practical application, this method has advantages of good real-time performance, high reliability, simple operation and can identify various faults on-line.
