摘要
阐述了柴油机主要摩擦副——活塞缸套的匹配技术。从分析缸套、活塞的工作条件和结构特点着手,讨论两者的结构设计匹配、材料及表面加工的匹配,结合中速柴油机的技术发展要求,总结了现代中速柴油机缸套、活塞环(裙)的结构设计匹配要点及材料和表面加工的匹配要点,并介绍了几种匹配方案。
The main friction coupling in diesel engines, piston and cylinder liner are studied on their matching technology. Though analyzing their working conditions and structure characteristics, the matching of their structure design, materials and surface treatment are discussed. In view of the technology development of medim-speed diesel engines, the matching essentials of cylinder liner and piston ring （skirt） are put into conclusion. Moreover, several matching schemes are introduced.
