摘要
人工污秽试验中作为电源广泛采用的试验变压器容量有限,磁滞饱和特性明显,故须系统讨论人工试验过程中变压器引入的影响及造成的试验数据和现场数据间的差异。在综合考虑试验变压器特征和污闪特征的基础上,建立了人工污秽试验过程模型,并针对典型污闪试验,进行仿真。将仿真结果和理想变压器条件下污闪模型仿真结果进行对比发现:在人工污秽试验中,试验变压器的较大铜损,导致了明显的负载效应;试验变压器的软磁化特性,导致了很明显的励磁涌流;变压器的非线性励磁特性,在泄漏电流中引入了很大的谐波成分。这对于修正人工污秽试验数据,研究污闪机理,建立污闪检测和预警等后续研究的深入,具有现实意义。
To explore the effect of testing transformer during test in detail and to analyze the difference between testing data and spot data in the whole period of flashover, the model of artificial insulator test was set up with taking into account the transformers characteristics such as capacity, hysteresis, etc. A typical test was simulated through toolbox provided by the Matlab software. Through comparing the simulating results of typical transformer with those of the ideal transformer, it is found that, in the artificial contaminated test, the biggish copper lose leads to the distinct load effect, the soft magnetization leads to the marked excitation flow, and the nonlinear excitation char- acteristic leads to the distinct harmonic in leakage current. The results is beneficial to modifying the data of artificial contamination test, studying the mechanism of flashover, and developing the method of detecting and predicting flashover, etc.
