摘要
针对脉冲MIG焊接采用的模糊控制器进行了探索性研究。鉴于语言变量的模糊状态划分对控制器的控制性能有着重要影响,本文没有沿用常规的七档划分法,而是通过对不同划分策略下的控制特性进行计算机仿真,从而确定了合适的划分策略,使模糊控制器的设计得以优化。
This paper deals with the development of pulsed MIG welding control system by using a fuzzy controller. Division of fuzzy state for speech variables is important to control performance of controller. Conventional seven deg partition method have no use for this paper. A better partition strategy is defined, and a better fuzzy controller is obtained through computer emulation.
