新宿CBD的规划和建设是很细致的。它的特点是避免了房地产开发商为主导的建设,而是对商务、居住及商业用途规划比较合理,且执行到位。二是现代服务业集聚规模达到日本最大,这主要得益于日本经济的发展和当地政府的管理服务水平。
Great detail is embraced in the planning and construction of CBD in Shin juku, which is rationally balanced among different functions instead of being singly dominated by housing development. The second is its huge scale industrial concentration of modern service businesses, which is benefited from Japan＇s economic develop- ment and the excellent administrative service of the local government.
