摘要
用预制块法制成结构可控的通孔泡沫铝。在基本无对流条件下,由于高孔率孔隙中存在导热系数低的空气而具有好的隔热性能,这与孔隙率有关;在有对流的条件下,由于高比表面及相互连通的孔隙而使它具有良好的换热性能,则与孔隙结构及对流条件有关。
The heat transfer, including heat insulation and heat convective dissipation of foamed aluminum with open pore manufactured by preform method has been studied. For the condition of no heat convection the foamed aluminum has good heat insulation because of the high porosity of air with low thermal conductivity. The relationship between the heat insulatiuon and the porosity has been obtained. For the natural and forced heat convection the large specific surface of open pore and porosity relation each other result in the excellent heat dissipation of foamed aluminum. The influence of pore structure parameter on heat dissipation ability of foamed aluminum has been studied for two conditions of heat convection.
