摘要
介绍了化学工程新的发展方向——化学产品工程的发展,并根据化学产品工程的理念,以产品需求为导向,开发出具有介孔结构的TiO2晶须光催化材料,并面向应用,完成了产品光催化反应的装置设计和实际应用,体现了化学产品工程的一些研究方法和思路。
Product-oriented researches have become an important trend in the field of chemical engineering. In this paper, a broad overview of the development of chemical product engineering is presented. And the steps of product design, according to Needs, Ideas and Manufacturing, are demonstrated in detail by the research of the novel nanostruetured TiO2 whiskers photocatalyst. Consequently, the equipment of photocatalyst treatment has been established with the TiO2 whiskers as photocatalyst. Based on these, the theory and methodology in product engineering are proposed, including muhiscale methodology and application-oriented process design.
