摘要
介绍了小型天然气液化装置的特点,概括和分析了国内报道的国内外小型天然气液化装置,分析了小型天然气液化装置研究的一些关键问题。指出小型天然气液化装置的研究是一项系统工程,主要涉及到三方面的内容,即液化流程设计和模拟、液化设备设计和选型、液化装置调试和整改,并对这三方面进行了深入分析,认为针对小型天然气液化装置的低温理论和技术的发展将提高小型天然气液化装置的效能。在进行小型天然气液化装置的研制时应立足于使设计的小型天然气液化装置国产化,取得自主知识产权,力求形成商业化规模。
Several aspects of the small - scale natural gas liquefier are introduced in the paper including its characteristics, the liquefiers reported in China and the analysis for them and key problems for small - scale natural gas liquefier study. It is pointed that the study of the small - scale natural gas liquefier is a system project mainly including three aspects: the liquefaction flow design and simulation, the liquefaction equipment design and chose type, the liquefaction fitting testing and modification. Further analysis is given about the three aspects. It is believed that the efficiency and the value of the small - scale natural gas liquefier will be improved by the development of the cryogenic theory and technology for it and it should be centered with domestic, own intellectual property and commercial when developed and made small - scale natural gas liquefier.
