摘要
目的:测定地沟油中的微量元素含量。方法:采用HNO3-H2O2酸体系进行微波消解、电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行测定。结果:在优化的实验条件下,方法的检出限(3σ,n=11)为0.01~7.50μg/L;相对标准偏差为0.30%~14.92%;标准加入回收率为88.2%~111.3%。结论:元素Fe、Cr、Zn、Mn在地沟油中含量明显超出食用油,而Hg、Sn、Co、Sb、Tl、Mo无论在食用油还是在地沟油中含量均低于检测限。
Objective:To determine the contents of trace elements in hogwash oil. Methods:Samples were analyzed by microwave digestion and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Results:A mixture of HNO3 -H2 O2 was found to give the best digestion results. Under the optimal conditions, the detection limits (3σ, n = 11 ) were in the range of 0.01 -7.50 μg/L. Relative standard deviations were in 0. 30% - 14.92%. The recoveries were in 88. 2% - 111.3%. Conclusion:The contents of Fe, Cr, Zn, Mn in the hogwash oil are much higher than the edible oils and Hg, Sb, Tl, Mo, Sn, Co are few in any sample.
