摘要 目的:通过对S180荷瘤小鼠血液中白细胞分类、血生化、T细胞亚群和各种酶类等指标的测定,确定S180荷瘤小鼠血液中各项指标的改变情况,为进一步的抗肿瘤试验提供指标选择的依据。方法:建立S180小鼠实体瘤模型,采用全自动生化分析仪、血球计数仪和流式细胞仪等测定荷瘤小鼠血中的总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLB)、白/球(A/G)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、葡萄糖(GLU)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CR)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞(GR%)、淋巴细胞(LY%)、单核细胞(MO%)、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8和丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等各项指标。结果:和正常动物对照组比较,S180荷瘤模型小鼠血生化指标中TP、ALB、GLB、ALT、AST、GLU、CR、LDH,白细胞计数和分类中的GR%、LY%、MO%,T细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8,以及混合功能氧化酶MDA、CAT、SOD等指标均出现不同程度改变,且具有统计学差异。结论:小鼠血生化指标中TP、ALB、GLB、ALT、AST、GLU、CR、LDH,白细胞分类中WBC、GR%、LY%、MO%,T细胞亚群CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8,以及混合功能氧化酶MDA、CAT、SOD等指标可作为动物抗肿瘤试验效果评价中的特异性或非特异性指标进行选择。 Objective:To determine changes of blood indexes in S180 tumor bearing mice by detecting leukocyte differential count, biochemistry, T lymphocyte subpopulations and various kinds of enzymes to provide data for further antitumor research. Methods:The S180 tumor bearing mice model was founded. TP, ALB, GLB, A/G, ALT, AST, GLU, BUN, CR, TG, CHOL,LDH, ALP,CK,WBC, GR%, LY%, MO% CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8, MDA, CAT and SOD in the blood were detected by automatic biochemistry analyzer, globulimeter and flow cytometry. Results .TP, ALB, GLB, ALT, AST, GLU, CR, LDH, WBC, GR%, LY%, MO%, CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8, MDA, CAT and SOD were changed comparing with control group. Condusion: TP,ALB, GLB, ALT,AST,GLU, CR, LDH, WBC, GR%, LY%, MO%, CD3, C1M, CD8, CD4/CD8, MDA, CAT and SOD could act as specific or non - specific indexes in the evaluation of antitumor tests of animals.
