摘要
目的观察直接透巩膜缝合术治疗挫伤性睫状体解离的临床效果。方法对2001年11月至2006年8月收治的21例(21眼)确诊为挫伤性睫状体解离的患者,通过房角镜和(或)超声生物显微镜确定解离位置和范围,均给予直接透巩膜缝合术,术后局部抗炎治疗。结果术后随访1个月~5a,最后随访眼压正常者19眼(1眼因继发性青光眼行抗青光眼手术,1眼行2次手术),眼压仍低者2眼(未再手术),术后视力≤0.1者3眼,0.1~0.6者8眼,≥0.6者10眼。随访时超声生物显微镜资料齐全者12眼,睫状体均复位。结论直接透巩膜缝合术治疗挫伤性睫状体解离疗效确切,方法简单。
Objective To observe the clinical value of direct suturing with penetrating through sclera on the treatment of contusion cyclodialysis.Methods A retrospective study was carried on 21 eyes which had undergone direct suturing with penetrating through sclera surgery from November 2001 to August 2006.All patients were carefully examined by anterior chamber angle lens and (or) ultrasound biomicroscope before surgery,and treated with local anti-inflammatory therapy after the operation.Results Following up for one month to five years,the intraocular pressure(IOP) of 19 eyes was normal(1 eye was performed antiglaucoma surgery because secondary glaucoma;One eye was performed operation two times ).The IOP of two patients remained lower pressure.Visual acuity of three eyes were below 0.1,8 eyes among 0.1~0.6,and 10 eyes above 0.6.The ciliary bodies of 12 eyes were all reattached who had full ultrasound biomicroscope documentation.Conclusion The direct suturing with penetrating through sclera is an effective method to contusion cyclodialysis.
