摘要 目的观察两种试验方法评价臭氧妇科治疗仪产生的臭氧水杀菌效果。方法采用载体浸泡定量试验和流动冲洗载体浸泡定量试验方法进行了实验室杀菌效果检测。结果在常温下,该臭氧治疗仪在水流量0.5-0.8L/min条件下,产生的臭氧水含臭氧量为4.83-8.20mg/L。在载体浸泡试验条件下,含量为6.82mg/L的臭氧水对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用2min,平均杀灭率分别为99.22%和99.55%;对白色念珠球菌作用5min,平均杀灭率为88.40%。在流动冲洗浸泡载体试验条件下,含量为6.82mg/L的臭氧水对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌作用2min,平均杀灭率分别为99.90%和99.96%;对白色念珠球菌作用5min,平均杀灭率为90.35%。有机物和作用温度对臭氧水杀菌效果均有不同程度影响。结论用流动冲洗浸泡载体法评价臭氧水对3种试验菌的杀灭效果略好于载体浸泡试验法。 Objective To observe the evaluation of germicidal efficacy of ozone water produced by ozone gynecological therapeutic apparatus by two test methods. Methods Carrier immersion quantitative test and flowing rinse carrier immersion quantitative test methods were used to carry out examination of germicidal efficacy in laboratory. Results At room temperature, the ozone water produced by the ozone therapeutic apparatus under condition of water flow 0.5 - 0.8 L/min contained ozone 4.83 - 8.20 mg,/L. Under condition of carrier immersion test, the ozone water containing ozone 6.82 mg/L with a 2 min contact time killed 99.22% and 99.55% in average ofEscherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus respectively and this ozone water with a 5 min contact time killed 88.40% in average of Candida albicans. Under condition of flowing rinse carrier immersion quantitative test, the ozone water containing ozone 6.82 mg/L with a 2 min contact time killed 99.90% and 99.96% in average ofE. coli and S. aureus respectively and this ozone water with a 5 min contact time killed 90.35% in average of C. albicans. Organic substance and temperature had influence to various degrees on the germicidal efficacy of ozone water. Conclusions Evaluation of the efficacy of ozone water in killing 3 test microorganisms by flowing rinse carrier immersion method is slightly superior to evaluation by carrier immersion test method.
