摘要 分析了高校图书馆员职业倦怠产生的原因及危害,并从管理学角度,探讨了缓解高校图书馆员职业倦怠的对策和措施。 This paper has analyzed the reasons for the university librarians＇ occupational burnout and its hazards, and explored measures of elirninating the occupational burnout from the angle of modem management science.
