摘要
从项目设计准备阶段的进度控制、项目准备阶段的进度控制、施工进度计划的编制和实施等多方面,就业主对工程项目建设的进度控制进行了探讨,以加快建设项目的建设进度,使项目尽快投入使用,从而提高项目全寿命周期经济效益。
From the progress control of the preparing phase of programs design,the progress control of the preparing phase of programs and the work out and carrying out of the progress planning of construction,it discusses the progress control of owner to the construction of projects programs,to accelerate the construction progress of construction program and make the program input to the application as quick as possible,and increase the economical benefits of the whole service life of the programs.
