摘要
报道在生理条件及环磷酰胺（ＣＰＡ）所致免疫功能抑制条件下玄参、黄芪不同剂量配伍前后对小鼠的影响。结果表明：二药合用与单用时比较，其镇痛、抗炎、凝血、白细胞数、胸腺指数、耐缺氧能力等作用均有不同程度的降低或减弱，提示二药配伍为“相恶”
Under physiological condition and immune dysfunction condition caused by CPA. the paper has reported the effects on mice of Radin scrophulariae and Radix Astragali seu Hedysari. The result shows that the combination of the two drugs will reduce the effects of analgesia, Anti-intlammatory, coagulation, white cell count, thymus and hypoxia tolerance, etc, which indicates the cowbination of the two drugs is of mutual inhibition.
