广东省母亲育儿营养知识水平的影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了制定合理的育儿营养教育模式,针对性地提出育儿喂养营养教育的目标人群,本文在广东省城乡对414例0~18个月婴幼儿的母亲在喂养方面的认知水平进行了调查,了解营养教育的倾向因素对母亲育儿营养知识水平影响的影响因素。结果显示,影响母亲育儿营养知识认知水平的倾向因素依次为母亲文化程度、母亲职业、母亲是否曾经有哺育经历。而影响母亲育儿知识认知水平的促进因素为母亲是否参加过孕期哺育讲座和母亲育儿营养知识的来源。本调查提示,全民族文化水平的提高将有利于大众营养知识认知水平的改善;工人、农民和家庭主妇是母婴营养教育的重要目标人群;传媒、书报杂志及医务人员等的综合教育渠道及孕妇育知识讲座是母婴营养教育的有效途径。 In order to lay down reasonable education model of feeding infant nutrition and gave the objective crowd of nutrition education, the knowledge levels in feeding way of 414 mothers whose infants were 0~18 months were investigated in Guangdong province. The results showed that the factors affecting mothers knowledge level of feeding infant nutrition were cultural level and profession of mothers and the experience of feeding infant. The investigation showed that rising of the cultural level in whole nation was useful for raising mothers nutrition knowledge level. Workers and peasants and housewife were important objective crowd of nutrition education. Mass media,book,newspaper,magazine,synthetical education of medical personnel and the course of feeding knowledge were effective way of nutrition education.
