摘要
应用组织化学方法研究了更年平调液对更年期大鼠心肌的保护作用。结果为：大鼠心肌细胞内ＬＤＨ、ＳＤＨ及肌球蛋白ＡＴＰ酶活性增强，经图像分析显示该３种酶皆显著高于各自的更年期对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）、乙烯雌酚组及更年康组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。更年平调液组心肌细胞内糖原含量较更年期对照组、乙稀雌酚组及更年康组有所增加（Ｐ＜０．０１，０．０５）。以上结果表明：更年平调液能改善更年期大鼠心肌细胞的能量代谢，从而对细胞有保护作用。
The protective effects of Gengnianpingtiao liquid on cardiomyocytes inclimacteric rats were studied by histochemistry. The results were that the LDH、SDH and myosin ATPase activities incardiomycytes of group P increased. The image analysis showed that the activities of LDH、SDH and myosin ATPase in cordiomyocytes of group P were significantly higher than those of group M,G and E (P<0.01,P<0.05). The contant of glycogen in cardiomyocytes of group P incresased as compared with group M,G and E (P<0.01,0.05).The experimental results suggest that Gengnianpingtiao liquid can improve the contractive ability of cardiomyocytes and in the climacteric period. The effect of Gengnianpingtiao liquid is more effective than those of Gengniankang and diethylstilbestrol.
