摘要
应用聚合酶链反应技术对108名无亲缘关系的武汉地区健康汉族人检测了脂蛋白脂肪酶(LPL)基因HindⅢ位点的限制性片段长度多态性,结果显示存在H+和H-两种等位基因,构成H+H+、H+H-、H-H-3种基因型,其中H+H+和H+H-基因型之间血清甘油三酯(TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平有显著差异,提示LPL基因HindⅢ位点多态性可能与正常人群中血脂水平的个体差异密切相关。
unrelated normal Chinese of Wuhan area (male 52 and female 56) were collected to detect Hind Ⅲ restrictive fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) of the Lipoproptein Lipase (LPL) gene by polymerase Chain reaction (PCR). We found that the individuals with genotype H +H - had significantly higher high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C) than that of the H +H + genotype. And the H +H - genotype was associated with lower triglycerides (TG) than that of H +H + genotype. The results suggest that the HindⅢ RFLP of LPL gene seems to be involved in the determination of individual differences in plasma lipid and lipoprotein levels. The H - allele was associated with lower TG level and higher HDL C level.
