摘要
目的研究酸浆提取物对D-半乳糖致老大鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法将6周龄Wistar雄性大鼠75只,随机分为青年对照组、模型组和低(10 mg/kg)、中(15 mg/kg)、高(20 mg/kg)剂量酸浆提取物处理组,另以15只16月龄同品系大鼠设为正常老年对照组。其中对模型组和提取物处理组用D-半乳糖进行皮下连续注射5个月。5个月后分别对各组大鼠血清丙二醛(MDA)含量、肝脏匀浆MDA含量、血液超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)酶活性进行测定并进行组间比较。结果与青年对照组相比,模型组血清MDA含量和肝脏匀浆MDA含量均比对照组有显著升高(P<0.01),血液SOD、GSH-Px酶活性比对照组有显著降低(P<0.01),与老龄对照组变化趋势呈现一致;而各提取物处理组血清MDA含量和肝脏匀浆MDA含量均比模型组有显著降低(P<0.01),血液SOD、GSH-Px酶活性比模型组有显著升高(P<0.01)。结论摄入适量酸浆提取物可以有效地增强大鼠机体抗氧化能力,从而延缓D-半乳糖诱发的大鼠衰老。
Objective To study the influence of ground cherry' s extraction on antioxidant ability in aging rats induced by D-galactose. Methods All 75 Wister male rats (6 weeks old) were randomly divided into five groups, including the young control group (group 1 ), model group (group 2 ), low-dose extraction group ( 10 mg/kg, group 3 ), middle-dose extraction group ( 15 mg/kg, group 4) and highdose extraction group (20 mg/kg, group 5 ), besides other 15 Wister male rats (16 months old) were included in the old control group (group 6). The rats in group 2, 3, 4 and 5 were given injection of D- galactose for 5 months. After 5 months the contents of serum malonaldhydic acid (MDA) and liver MDA, activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px) in all groups were detected and compared. Results Compared with the young control group, the content of serum MDA, liver MDA were significantly increased (P 〈 0. 01 ) and the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly decreased (P 〈 0.01 ) in group 2, but those changes were as the same as those of group 6. The contents of serum MDA and liver MDA in group 3, 4 and 5 were significantly decreased compared with those in group 2 (P 〈0.01 ), while the activities of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly increased (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The extraction of ground cherry can increase the antioxidantive ability of rats in order to delay the consenescence induced by D-galactose.
