摘要
目的:探讨AgNOR图像定量分析对针吸肝细胞癌及增生肝细胞的鉴别诊断价值。方法:应用真彩色图像分析技术对肝针吸细胞中的20例肝癌及5例增生肝细胞核内AgNOR进行了定量研究。结果:肝针吸癌细胞核内AgNOR的平均面积、平均积分光密度、直径及平均颗粒数明显高于增生肝细胞(P<0.01)。结论:AgNOR图像定量分析可为肝针吸癌细胞和增生肝细胞的鉴别诊断提供一种新的定量指标;AgNOR在形态、数量及分布上的不同特征也可作为鉴别两者的重要依据。
Purpose To assess the value of the AgNOR quantitative analysis in differentiate benign form malignant cells from hepatic aspiration. Methods The AgNOR in hepatocarcinoma ( n=20 ) and hyperplasia hepatic cells ( n =5) from aspiration was quantitatively studied with the real color image analysis technique. Results The mean area, integral optical density, diameter and granule number of AgNOR from hepatocarcinoma cells were significant different the hyperplasia hepatic cells ( P< 0 01). Conclusions The AgNOR quantitative analysis may be used as a now means of differentiation diagnosis, and the difference in the number, shape and distribution of the AgNOR between hepatocarcinoma and hyperplasia hepatic cells may also play a role in the differentiation diagnosis.
