苯环喹溴铵对豚鼠鼻超敏反应的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察苯环喹溴铵对豚鼠超敏性鼻炎的治疗效果。方法:(1)以10%的2,4-二异氰酸甲苯酯(TDI)橄榄油溶液行豚鼠双侧鼻腔给药,建立豚鼠超敏性鼻炎的模型;另设溶媒对照组,以橄榄油溶液代替10%TDI橄榄油溶液行豚鼠双侧鼻腔给药。(2)将模型成功的豚鼠随机分模型对照组,苯环喹溴铵大、中、小剂量组和硫酸阿托品组;与溶媒对照组一起合计共6组。治疗2周后,观察各组豚鼠的症状、鼻分泌物、鼻黏膜组胺含量以及光镜下鼻黏膜组织形态学的变化。结果:模型组出现鼻痒、喷嚏、清涕、鼻黏膜组胺含量增高、嗜酸性粒细胞增多等变化。苯环喹溴铵治疗组上述变化明显减轻。结论:经鼻给予苯环喹溴铵,对于豚鼠鼻超敏性鼻炎有明显的治疗作用。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the therapeutic effects of bencycloquidium bromide on nasal hypersensitivity (NH) in guinea pigs. METHODS NH was induced in guinea pigs with 10% TDI olive oil administered intranasally , supplemented with a solvent group as control (n = 10)which were administered olive oil in the same period. All the animals with NH were randomly divided into 5 groups, i. e, NH model group (n =10), three treating groups treated with bencycloquidium bromide(for each one n = 10), and group treated with atropine sulfate, These 5 groups together with solvent group were 6 groups totally. After 2 weeks, the changes of guinea pigs in symptoms, nasal secretlon,histamine concentration in nasal mucosa, and morphological features of nasal mucosa were observed under light microscopy. RESULTS Typical manifestation of NH was observed in animals of NH model group, including symptoms,increased histamine concentration and eosinophil number in nasal mucosa. Com- pared with model group, these changes were significantly relieved in treating groups with bencycloquidium bromide, CONCLU- SION Bencycloquidium bromide is effective in NH.
