摘要 针对动圈式电-机转换器在性能上的不足,对推力线圈骨架的结构、永磁体的材料、永磁体的充磁技术和永磁体的结构等四个方面进行了优化,提出了一种高频动圈式电-机转换器。理论分析和仿真结果表明,所设计的动圈式电-机转换器具有高频和快速响应特性,能很好地满足高速电液比例阀系统的要求。 In this paper, aiming at the deficiency of moving coil electromechanical converter performance, such four aspects as the structure of thrust coil framework, the material of permanent magnet, the magnetization technique of permanent magnet and the structure of permanent magnet were optimally designed, and a high frequency moving coil electromechanical converter was put forward. It was shown from theory analysis and simulation results that designed moving coil electromechanical converter was provided with the characteristic of high frequency and rapid response, and was satisfied with the requirements of high speed electrohydraulic proportional valve system.
