摘要
介绍了无纺布厚度X射线测量系统的研制,给出了具体的设计方案.运用组态软件对采集的脉冲频率进行处理计算,求出测量厚度,根据测量结果对生产工艺进行控制.同时系统具有厚度标定、偏差纠正等功能.应用实践证明,系统界面友好、操作方便、安全稳定,完全满足现场工况要求.
Non-woven cloth thickness meter based on configuration software is developed in this paper, and the design scheme is given. Using the configuration software, the gathering pulse frequency is transacted to get the thickness. Through the measure result, then send out the control signal. And the system has the function of thickness demarcated and wrap corrected. The practice proves that the system has characteristics such as friendly interface, reliable and accurate, operation easily, safe and steady, etc. It satisfies the demand of product line.
