摘要
根据PTA生产装置AMOCO氧化工艺的氧化反应规律,对富氧氧化条件下影响氧化燃烧和对二甲苯转化率的因素进行了定量分析。通过工艺操作参数的优化,实现稳定生产下的物耗经济损失最小的目标。
According to the oxidation reaction rule of Amoco oxidation process in PTA prodution plant, the influence of various factors on both para-xylene conversion and oxidation combustion were analyzed quantitatively under the condition of oxygen-enriched oxidation. Then optimization of PTA oxidation unit was carried out, the optimal objective of the smallest material and economic losses was finally realized in the premise of stable operation.
