摘要
通过从职业道德层面分析护理教师的角色特征,指出护理教师必须不断完善职业和伦理修养,充分发挥教师的言传身教作用,并从人性化角度规范护理技术操作和护生行为;而在角色扮演实验中,必须遵循有利、无害原则和知情同意原则,科学严谨地组织教学过程,达到提高护理实验课教学伦理道德水平和教学质量的目的。
The author argues that tutors are supposed to promote their ethnic level and teach the nursing students by their personal examples as a teacher. In addition, the author points out that the operation and behavior of nursing students should be standardized in accordance with humanity theory. It is proposed in this paper that a tutor is supposed to abide by such ethical principles of benefit and non - harm and the nursing students' right to know should be respected in a planned experiment to assure a sientific and strict teaching process which can promote the ethical level and enhance teaching quality in the nursing experiment class.
