摘要
以L-组氨酸和氰乙酸乙酯为原料,经氨解、氢化两步反应,以62.7%的总产率合成了目标物L-肌肽,并对目标物的结构采用IR、1HNMR、13C NMR和EI-MS进行了表征.此合成工艺简单,操作方便,生产成本低,具有较好的工业应用前景.
L - Carnosine was synthesized in a higher yield from L - histidine and ethyl cya- noacetate through two steps: ammonolysis and hydrogenation. The total yield is 62. 7%. The product was confirmed by IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and EI - MS. The production technology was simple and operation was easy, and its cost was low, so it can be considered of good prospect for industrial application.
