摘要
目的：制定疡必愈止痛片的质量控制方法。方法：采用TLC法对方中的黄连、栀子进行定性鉴别；采用t／PIE法对方中黄连所含盐酸小檗碱进行含量测定。结果：本品定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显，专属性强；盐酸小檗碱在57．5～575ng（r=0．9995，n=5）范围内呈良好的线性关系；平均回收率为98．27％，RSD％为0．82％。结论：该方法可以准确地进行定性、定量检测，有效地控制疡必愈止痛片的质量。
Objective： To set up the quality control method for Yangbiyu Zhitong tablet. Methods： Rhizoma Coptidis and Frucms Gardeniae were identified by TCL method. The contents of berberine hydrochloric in Yangbiyu Zhitong tablet were determined by HPLC. Results ： There was good linearity at the range of 57.5 - 575 ng（ r = 0.9995, n = 5 ） for berberine hydrochloric. The average recovery of berberine hydrochloric was 98.27% with RSD% was 0.82%. Conclusion： The method can be used for qualitative and quantitative determination accuratly and controlling the quality of Yangbiyu Zhitong tablet effectively.
