摘要目的:观察亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者经左旋甲状腺素钠治疗后血脂的变化。方法:亚临床甲状腺功能减退症患者40例,每天口服左旋甲状腺素钠12.5～50!g,观察治疗前后促甲状腺素,游离甲状腺素,游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸,甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体和甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白及临床症状。结果:有甲减症状的部分患者症状缓解,血甘油三酯、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:左旋甲状腺素钠治疗可使亚临床甲减患者症状缓解,血脂改善。 Objective：To observe the change of serum lipid following L-thyroid hormone treatment. Methods：40 subclinical hypothyroidism cases were treated with L-thyroxine hormone 12.5-50 μg per day.Free thyroxine, thyroid stimulating hormone, thyroid peroxidase antibody, total cholesterol, triglyceride,low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol and clinical symptoms were observed.Results：Some patients with hypothyroidism showed amelioration in symptoms.After treatment,the levels of total eholesterol,triglyeeride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol were lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion ： The treatment of L-thyroxine hormone can ameliorate clinical symptoms and improve lipid profile.
