摘要
文章以中部某市三家大型劳动密集型企业220名知识员工为样本,根据Blau & Boal模型和适应性响应模型,将员工划分为冷漠型、独狼性、公民型和标兵型四种类型,提出了面向中部地区劳动密集型企业的不同类型员工的不同的保持战略。
Using a sample which consists of 220 intellectual employees from three macro-labor-intensive enterprises in Mid-China, this article divides employees into four types: apathetic, lone wolf, corporate citizen and institutional star according to the Blau & Boal Mod- el. On the basis of the Adaptive Response Model, different maintenance strategies for different types of employees are presented.
