摘要
以γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷、12/14叔胺为原料,碘化钾为催化剂,采用一步反应直接合成出三甲氧基硅烷季铵盐;考察了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应时间以及温度对反应的影响。确定的最佳反应条件为:用乙醇作溶剂,反应温度80℃,在氮气保护下反应39 h,叔胺、硅烷、催化剂的量之比为1∶1∶0.01。
The quaternary ammonium silicone was synthesized by one-step reaction of 3-chloropropyl trimethoxy silane and 12/14 alkyldimethylamine catalyzed by sodium iodide.The effects of reaction conditions,i.e.catalyst content,ratio of materials,reaction time and temperature,were studied.The optimum conditions for the synthesize in ethyl alcohol were temperature of 80℃,39 h in the protection of nitrogen,the ratio of silane and catalyst was 1∶1∶0.01.
