摘要 总结无数次的现代战争,可以看到:指挥控制系统总是处于相对安全的地位,而不易被摧毁,即使是在飞机肆虐的二战时代、在精确制导导弹猖獗的现代局部战争时代,也不例外。但随着各种高新技术的发展和新概念武器的诞生,这种安全局面将不再存在了。高功率微波(HPM)武器是火力指挥与控制系统的致命克星、是最强有力的杀手锏,将从HPM武器概述、特点和威力等方面进行研究。 From large numbers of wars, we can know the fact that command and control systems are safe and firm. They are such too, even if they are threatened by many airplanes in the World War Ⅱ and accurately guided missile system in the present. But, the case will not exist, because the new concept weapons--the High Power Microwave (HPM) weapons are research. This article describes for general conditions and characteristics and threat of HPM weapons, so as to us concerning them.
