摘要
企业信息化由于其复杂性和投资收益率低等缺陷,已经成为我国众多企业发展的瓶颈。国际上普遍认同的方案是选择IT外包服务。针对企业选择IT外包服务所要考虑的诸多因素,对其归纳总结,定量性的用AHP法进行评估与决策。
Because of its complexity and a low investment rate of return, information modernization of enterprises has be- come the bottleneck of their development. IT outamrcing is a scheme that widely accepted internationally. The paper makes a summary of the factors that needed to be considered in the service of outsourcing, and finally makes a quantitative assessment and makes decisions with AHP. Then a scientific solution model is presented.
