摘要
吸入性糖皮质激素因其有效的抗炎作用广泛应用于多种呼吸系统疾病治疗中。长期大剂量吸入糖皮质激素的安全性正引起广泛重视，这也成为近年来研究的焦点。本文就大剂量吸入糖皮质激素的安全性（全身反应及局部反应）作一综述。
Inhaled corticosteroids are the most common used medications for many kinds of respiratory diseases because of their proven efficacy in controlling chronic inflammation. The safety of longterm use of high dose inhaled corticosteroids has been concerned in recent years and many studies are focused in this aspect. This aricle reviews the safety（systemic and local side effect） of long-term use of high dose inhaled corticosteroids.
