摘要
调查了8个家蚕品种的茧丝纤度,最小值和最大值分别为2.16dtex和2.87dtex。计算各品种的纤度方差,最大值为0.2401,最小值为0.0809,纤度方差值与纤度无关。不同品种不同茧层部位的茧丝纤度存在一定差异,但同一品种不同个体之间茧丝纤度变化差异较小。对纤度和其他茧丝性状进行相关分析,纤度与茧丝长和茧丝量呈显著正相关。
The silk size of 8 silkworm (Bombyx mori) varieties was investigated, the size ranges from 2.16 dtex to 2.87 dtex. Variance analysis showed that the maximum is 0,2401 and the minimum is 0.0809, and there is no relationship between the variance value and the silk size, The silk size is different in different cocoon layers among different silkworm varieties while there is little difference among individuals of the same silkworm variety We can see from the correlation analysis between silk size and other silk characters that it is positively correlated among silk size, silk filament length and cocoon weight,
