摘要
分析进修医师的特点,因材施教,多方位、多层面加强进修医师的教学,通过强化管理和业务理论学习,以保证进修医师的教学质量.
To ensure the quality of teachings to doctors of radiology under short -term training, we adopt different teaching methods based on the analysis of the personality of the trainees, strengthen the teaching process from multiple aspects, and enhance the management and the theory study of the trainees.
