摘要
科技创新是产业结构优化升级的主要动力。但从广州中心镇发展实际来看,科技创新在促进产业结构调整过程中的作用极为有限。要充分发挥科技作为第一生产力的推动作用,必须要结合广州中心镇发展实际,加大对中心镇的科技投入、完善科技服务平台、培育产业园科技创新载体作用、鼓励企业自主创新等等。
The innovation of science and technology is the main power to advance the optimization of industrial structures. However, as to the development of Guangzhou central towns, the influence is very limited in pushing the adjustment of industry structure. In giving play to the function of science and technology as the first productivity, many measures must be taken, based on the actual development of Guangzhou central towns. And the government should increase the input of science and technology into the central town, perfect the service terrace of science and technology, cultivate the function of the supporter of industry Hi Tech Park in scientific and technical innovation, and encourage enterprises to innovate independently etc.
