VEGF-C调控机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 肿瘤的新生淋巴管形成参与肿瘤的增生、侵袭和肿瘤细胞向远处转移等多种恶性过程。血管内皮生长因子C(vascular endothelial growth factor-C VEGF—C)是已知的主要淋巴管形成生长因子,它通过对肿瘤间质新生淋巴管内皮细胞的增殖和迁移的调控,促进肿瘤的淋巴管形成。其在肿瘤局部浸润、远处转移过程中起着重要作用,研究VEGF—C的调控因子对于肿瘤的病理学研究和临床肿瘤防治有重要作用。
