短时间室温合成介孔分子筛MCM-48

摘要 以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为硅源、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为模板剂在碱性介质中室温合成了介孔分子筛MCM-48,考察了模板剂用量、pH值、乙醇以及水的用量等条件对分子筛合成的影响。利用IR、XRD、SEM等手段对产物进行了表征。结果表明:在室温条件下pH=11.8,20min合成孔道结构规整的介孔分子筛MCM-48,其最佳配比为:n(TEOS):n(CTAB):n(EG):n(H2O)=1:0.3:27:261。 Mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-48 was synthesized by using tetraethylorthosili-cate(TEOS) as silica source and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB) as co-template at room temperature within short reaction time (20 min) in basic medium. The influences of the different synthesis parameters such as quantity of template, pH, alcohol and the quantity of water were investigated .The resultant samples were characterized through IR, XRD and SEM. The results showed the well ordering channels MCM-48 can be synthesized within 20min in the room temperature, and the best proportion could be obtained with 1TEOS : 0.3CTAB : 27 EG : 261 H2O.
