摘要
复合型产絮菌F2-F6利用秸秆纤维素发酵液作为底物时,接种产絮菌之前必须进行高压灭菌处理。复合型产絮菌对发酵液中的N、Ca和Mg营养利用率高。发酵液中C/N比失衡不利于絮凝剂生产,可以通过补加少量酵母膏的方法采调整C/N比,补加量为0.2g/L,这样可以提高产量,节省生产成本。最佳发酵时间为36h。研究证实了利用廉价的可再生资源秸秆纤维素作为底物生产复合型生物絮凝剂是完全可行的,为生物絮凝剂的工业化生产奠定了基础。
The leavening of stalk cellulose should be sterilized when it is as substrate to produce compound bioflocculant before inoculating. It is also showed that the compound bioflocculant has high capacity in utilizing nutrient such as N and Ca and Mg in the leavening of cellulose. The disproportion of C/N ratio in the leavening might make against the production of bioflocculant. The experimental results indicated that the adjustment of C/N ratio was an effective way to increase the production of the mixed culture, which could be realized by offering 0.2g/L of yeast extract. The fermentation cycle was shortened and the production cost was saved because of this. The optimum fermentation time was 36h. It was revealed that cheap substrate such as the stalk cellulose re-utility as resource was possible to be used in the production of bioflocculant, which offered a basis for the industrialization of bioflocculant production.
