长臀遗传多样性的微卫星标记分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用55对微卫星引物对珠江和海南长臀鮠基因组DNA进行了扩增,有23对能扩增出清晰条带,其中有11对在珠江长臀鮠中表现多态性,9对在海南长臀中表现多态。这些多态性位点的等位基因数在2—4之间,平均等位基因数2.91个。结果显示:珠江长臀鮠的平均观测杂合度(Ho)是0.45,平均期望杂合度(He)是0.46,平均多态信息含量(PIC)为0.377;海南长臀鮠的平均观测杂合度(舶)和平均期望杂合度(He)分别是0.58、0.53,平均多态信息含量(PIC)为0.426。两群体间的遗传相似度为0.875、遗传距离为0.133。 55 pairs of microsatellite primers were employed to amplify the genome of Pearl River Cranoglanis bouderius and Hainan C. bouderius. 23 pairs of primers can amplify legible band. Of these 23 primers pairs, 11 showed polymorphism in Pearl River C. bouderius and 9 showed polymorphism in Hainan C. bouderius. The number of alleles on the polymorphic locus was 2- 4 and the average was 2. 91. The results showed:for Pearl River C. bouderius, the average observed heterozygosity(Ho) was 0. 45 ,the average expected heterozygosity (He)was 0. 46, and the average polymorphism information content (PIC)was 0. 377;For Hainan C. bouderius,the averages of Ho, He and PIC were 0. 58,0. 53 and 0. 426, respectively. The genetic similarity of these two populations was 0. 875 and the genetic distance was 0. 133.
